A one-year fellowship especially for physician faculty, focusing on developing leaders in all areas of residency training. Enhance your teaching of future clinicians and use new skills of curriculum design and innovation in medical education to develop a "Cool Idea" to improve an element of your residency program.

The 2015-2016 final series is fully enrolled.
